Relentless: self-guided exercises

Exercise 1

Have a look back at one of the exercises (number 2) in week 1 Inside out.  I asked you to consider the statement ‘The leader I want to be…’ and to write a paragraph or two.

Look at what you wrote.  With everything you now know is your statement still valid?  Or would you now amend it.

Take the time to craft a final paragraph or two and keep that with you.

Here’s the challenge, that is the leader you want to be.  What can stop you from being that leader today?   You’re not going to be perfect at it, Mary is far from perfect, but you can strive every day o be that leader.

Keep the statement close to hand and refer back to it regularly.  Share it with someone who can give you support on your journey.
