Values: self-guided exercises

Exercise 1:

Think deeply about your own values.  What are the most important things to you?  Can you articulate them?  Can you draw up your own values framework?

Exercise 2:

Think through the big decisions you have made in your life in your recent past.  Have you demonstrated courage in those decisions, always sought to do the right thing, based on your values?  On reflection, what would you have done differently?  What big decision have you been putting off, which needs to be acted on?
