Exercise 1:

How good is your work-life balance?  What could you do to restore that balance?

Exercise 2:

Where are you spending your time during a typical working week?  Are you focused enough on your truly most important things, or are you distracted by tasks that are merely urgent to you, though they may be important to others?  What can you do to focus more time on those most important things?
