If you have responsibility for leading a team (employed or volunteers) take some time to plot them on the Capability and Attitude matrix in “Lead Like Mary’ which you can alongside Barry’s podcast “Right people on the bus”.  Now consider what action you need to take for each individual, to improve their position on the matrix.
